2. The compared products are identical (same brand, appearance, and size)

3. The product is in stock at both locations with fast delivery (1-2 working days)

4. The above 3 points can be substantiated

THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY WHEN:

1. The product is in stock at another retailer, but not in our stock (the delivery time of the product is decisive)

2. Products that are advertised as introductory offers

3. Products sold as display models or similar

4. Products sold by foreign retailers

5. Retailers that are not registered in the Czech commercial register
