Delivery Policy
We have all products in stock and ship them either the same day or the day after the order is placed. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days from the time the shipment is handed over to the carrier. We ship all items in cardboard boxes to prevent damage to the contents.
We ship orders as fast as we can, but the speed of delivery is not always up to us, but also up to the carrier. If your order is placed before 12:00, it will be shipped the same day.
You will be notified of the shipment being handed over to the carrier by email, which includes the tracking number of the shipment. Shipment tracking works within 24 hours of the email being sent.
We offer free shipping when you pay by wire transfer.
How to get free shipping?
With us, customers do not have to fill their cart with unnecessary items to qualify for free shipping. In fact, we provide free shipping on every order paid by bank transfer.

2) Click on Shipping - Collection Point - QR Payment/Bank Transfer
3) Click on QR Payment - Bank Transfer
4) On completion of your order, you will select your preferred collection point and simply scan the QR code and submit payment
5) You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as your order is submitted. Within 24h you will receive a link to track (tracking) your shipment. With our easy shipment tracking, you will be aware of the current location of your order throughout the delivery time.

1) COD - Collection point - 69 CZK
2) Delivery to address - 99 CZK
3) Post Office - Collection point - COD - 69 CZK + 30 CZK COD fee
4) Post Office - delivery to address - COD - 99 CZK + 30 CZK COD fee
