Refund Policy

Goods purchased remotely may be returned without giving any reason within the statutory 14-day period from the date of receipt of the goods

NOTICE

The original box of sneakers is included in the goods and due to the nature of the goods we do not consider it to be normal, i.e. original packaging. This is because without the original and undamaged box of trainers, the goods cannot be sold at the price at which they were offered before your purchase. Please take this into consideration and treat the box in the same way as the sneakers, i.e. do not damage it.

1. If you as the buyer wish to return the goods, you must notify us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods to us

2. You can withdraw from the contract by, for example, filling in our sample form or by sending an email or written communication by post to our address.

3. Only customers who have purchased goods outside their business or profession have the right to return them without giving reasons. This right therefore does not apply to entrepreneurs. If you purchase from us as a business, we are not obliged to accept the return.

4. We recommend that you check the correct size (according to the attached size chart, which is provided with each product) before purchasing the goods, which will help you avoid returning the goods due to incorrect sizing. 5. Returned items must be unused, without any signs of wear. We recommend using a clean pad when trying on the trainers to avoid soiling the sole. In the case of clothing, please try it on clean underwear or skin.

6. Please ensure that you send the item to us complete, including any accessories such as the original box, spare laces or other accessories. Also include a gift with your order (stickers, key ring or cleaning eraser) as part of the return.

7. Please send the item in its original box, which should be placed in a cardboard box with padding. This will ensure that the goods themselves, including the original box, will not be damaged in transit.

8. You are responsible for the cost of sending the goods to us (postage), we are responsible for the cost of sending the goods to you.

9. We recommend that you insure the shipment for at least the purchase price of the goods.

10. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are not delivered to us by the carrier and will be deemed not to have been dispatched.

11. If you return the goods to us, we will first check that you have indeed complied with the withdrawal period. If not, we may not refund your money as you are not entitled to return the goods without giving reasons.

12. If you have met the deadline, we will check that the goods are legally returnable and also check that the goods (including the original box as mentioned above) are not damaged or worn. If everything is in order, we will give you a full refund within 14 days from the time you cancelled the contract and the goods were delivered to us (cumulative condition). We cannot refund the money by any means other than the way you paid for it without your consent.

13. We will keep you informed of the progress of the process via the email you provided when you placed your order.

14. We trust that you will be satisfied with our goods and services.

How do I return the goods using our form and via parcel delivery?

  • You fill out the withdrawal formwhich can be found at this link
  • Pack the goods in the same way you received them. If you are sending shoes, you need to make sure that the shoe box is not damaged in transit, and you must not stick anything directly on the shoe box - always pack it in another cardboard box.
